INGREDIENTS
45ml Gente de Mezcal Espadín
70ml grapefruit juice
25ml lime juice
15ml honey syrup
Soda water
Salt
GARNISH
Slice of grapefruit
GLASS
Highball or Tall glass
METHOD
- Run a lime slice around the rim of a tall glass.
- Tip salt into a small plate and press the rim into the salt until covers the whole rim of the glass the whole way round
- Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
- Add in the honey syrup first, followed by the lime juice and grapefruit juice and finally the mezcal
- Top up the glass with a splash of soda water and stir
- If desired, garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel or a grapefruit wedge.
