We offer three different types of shipping including Standard Delivery, Next-Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. Shipping prices for Mainland U.K. are listed below:

  • Standard Delivery £7.95 (3-4 working days)
  • Next Day Delivery £9.95 (next working day if ordered before 12pm excluding weekends)
  • Saturday Delivery £13.99 (order before 12 noon on Friday)

Yes – as long as we have the item in stock, next day deliveries must be placed BEFORE 12pm.

Overseas orders are sent by DPD, TNT or DHL.z1x2c345678,90

We offer a Saturday Delivery Service at a cost of £13.99 so long as the order is placed before 12 noon on the preceeding Friday.

If you need delivery by a certain date, you may be able to select this directly with the courier when you receive your delivery confirmation dependent on your delivery address.

The courier should put a card through your letterbox saying they have attempted delivery and provide a contact number to arrange re-delivery, or Parcelforce or DPD may leave the parcel at your local Collection Office. If the parcel is not collected within the courier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to us, which incurs a double charge, and we reserve the right to charge the buyer this fee and any re-shipping fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions. You may leave notes when placing your order asking your courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk. This is offered on the understanding that any parcel left is at your own risk.

We currently only ship to the U.K. but do offer large shipments to corporate clients should they be required. Please contact us at info@gdm.co.uk. If you would like your order shipped to the USA, please contact our partners atsomos@gentedemezcal.com.

You will be sent a tracking number to your email address and your mobile number. You will then be able to track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number directly through the courier.

Yes. You can add a message to your order by using the Gift Message form on the basket page and we will include a greeting card without charge.

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift wrap at present. However, our Card Gift Box and Wooden Gift Box are presented in a gift format and therefore ready to send to recipients as they are.

Yes. If the product is faulty or is not the product that was ordered, then we will accept returns. If you change your mind and no longer require the item, so long as it remains in its original packaging and it has not been used, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund (you are liable and responsible for the postage and packing back to us). Please note that all returns must be notified to us in writing in advance (please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details).
