UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

We use either DPD or Parcelforce for most of our deliveries depending on the size of the order. All our delivery charges are detailed below. This includes England, Scotland and Wales.

We offer Free U.K. Delivery for orders over £99 This service takes 3-4 working days and can be applied by selecting ‘Free UK Delivery’ during checkout. This is only valid for:
  • Orders delivered in the Mainland UK
  • Orders applying to Standard Delivery
  • Only applies to basket totals of £99 (inc VAT) or more
  • Is not valid for next-day or weekend delivery

PLEASE NOTE

Next Day Delivery
  • Orders must placed before 12pm for Next Day Delivery.
  • Any orders placed after the cut-off time of 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Next-Day Delivery does not apply to Saturday and Sunday delivery

SATURDAY Delivery
  • For Saturday Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm on the preceding Friday. 
  • Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

DELIVERY Information

Standard delivery

Our Standard Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. To ensure successful delivery, someone aged 18 years old or over (please see our Terms and Conditions) must be present to sign for the parcel. Provided we have the product in stock, all orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

We do not accept orders for the following address types:
PO Boxes
Military Bases
Schools

NEXT-day delivery

Next-Day Delivery is available for Mainland UK orders (excluding selected postcodes in the Highlands and Islands) for £6.99. Orders must be placed before 12pm. These orders will be delivered on the next working day after the order is placed.

Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day (Monday-Friday). Please note that this means any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

We cannot accept liability for late delivery, as we are relying on a third-party courier. When possible, we advise that you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Saturday delivery

Saturday Delivery is available in Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland) for £13.99. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on the Friday before your chosen delivery date.

Proof of age

We require someone aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to sign for acceptance of the goods. I.D. may be checked on delivery in line with the Challenge 25 Policy. Goods are dispatched by a third-party courier and their Terms and Conditions apply.

All deliveries are insured to the value of the product ordered

If you would like to purchase more than 12 bottles, please contact us directly at sales@gentedemezcal.co.uk so we may arrange a better delivery package.

wholesale orders

If you would like to stock our Mezcal, please contact us directly at sales@gentedemezcal.co.uk and we will be in contact to organise this.

All deliveries are insured to the value of the product ordered at no additional cost.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns policy

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will process a return provided that the goods remain sealed, in the original packaging and in the same condition that they were sent in. We will only accept returns within 14 days of the order date. Please bear in mind that we do not refund the delivery charge, and returns are at your own cost. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained. Please returns any unwanted goods to the following address.:

For all returns, please follow the following instructions to ensure your returns can be processed quickly:
  1. Return a copy of your invoice to us with the items that you are returning highlighted. Please note the quantity and reason(s) for return against each item on your invoice. 
  2. Please ensure to pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging to prevent possible damage while in transit and include the completed invoice 
  3. Fix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other address labels are shown.
 
We recommend using signed for or tracked delivery to ensure your delivery is fulfilled. Please keep a hold of your postage receipts in case any issues are encountered.  

If an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, you have 14 days to notify us at support@gentedemezcal.co.uk. Please refer to the Damaged and Wrong Goods section for further information on what to do if this occurs

cancellations

All of our orders go through an automated system from time of order. We allow up 15 minutes for any cancellations. If you would like to cancel, please email us at sales@gentedemezcal.co.uk and we will cancel your order. If you have received your order, please refer to the returns policy. You have a legal responsibility to keep the product in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to us. Should the product show signs of damage or tampering, we may have a right against you for compensation.

Changes to your order

Should you wish to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@salondemezcal.co.uk. We will only be able to amend  your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

DAMAGED GOODS

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.

DAMAGED GOODS

If  you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know immediately by contacting us at support@gentedemezcal.co.uk. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as much information as possible. 

We may also require photographs of any damage including all the packaging for insurance purposes including:

  • Photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items. We also need a picture that clearly shows the seal intact on the damaged or broken bottle.
  • Please retain the product, box and all packaging until instructed by us.

Should your item be damaged, we will accept return of the item at no additional cost to you.
