INGREDIENTS
50ml Gente de Mezcal Espadín
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth
GARNISH
Orange peel
GLASS
Old Fashioned glass or whisky tumbler
METHOD
- Put a small handful of ice into a mixing glass.
- Add the Mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth
- Stir for 15 seconds
- Place large ice cube into a glass.
- Fine strain negroni into the prepared glass.
- If desired, garnish with an orange peel.
